Solgar® Valerian Root Extract is one of Solgar's premium botanical extracts. Valerian has been traditionally used to support quality of sleep.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: One (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each vegetable capsule provides:

Valerian Root Powdered Extract (4:1) (Valeriana officinalis) 300 mg

Non-Active Ingredients: Bulking Agents: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Warning: Excessive consumption may impair ability to drive a motor vehicle or operate heavy equipment. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
